1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using yahksoapandcandleco.com (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products and Availability As our products (soaps, candles, bath products) are handmade in small batches in Yahk, B.C., slight variations in color, design, and scent may occur. We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Availability is subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Courier Service: We currently ship via courier and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.

  • Shipping Areas: We ship primarily within Canada. Please note that due to carrier limitations, we may be unable to ship to certain remote regions (e.g., Yukon, NWT, Nunavut) at this time.

  • Rates: We offer flat-rate shipping on orders under $150 and free shipping on orders over $150 (subject to change).

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.

4. Returns and Refunds Due to the nature of our products (personal care and hygiene), we generally cannot accept returns on used or opened items.

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 Days days of receipt at yahksoaptammy@gmail.com so we can make it right.

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed at our discretion and will be applied to your original method of payment.

5. Limitation of Liability Yahk Soap & Candle Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

6. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
